Restrictions
This site is owned and operated by North Metro Design ("NMD"), a
subsidiary of The Adventure Point Entertainment Group, LLC ("TAPEG")
and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied
by TAPEG/NMD and other sources. The material on this site is protected by
international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce,
republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from
this site including code and software unless specifically authorized by our
company to do so. You may not download material from this site for your personal
use unless you are issued a login utility by our company. The information
contained in this site is restricted to clients, their representative and
employees of TAPEG/NMD. If you do not understand these restrictions, or have
a question regarding the use of this site, please contact
us.
Specific restrictions on use of Material
NMD text, photo, graphic, audio, and/or video material shall not be published, broadcast, rewritten for broadcast or publication or redistributed directly or indirectly in any medium. Neither these TAPEG/NMD materials nor any portion thereof may be stored in a computer except where specifically permitted by TAPEG/NMD. TAPEG/NMD will not be held liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions therefrom, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof or for any damages arising from any of the above.
License to TAPEG/NMD
By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, including but not limited to email requests, you are granting TAPEG/NMD a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to: Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication. Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication. The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.

NMD may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Neither TAPEG/NMD, its parent or subsidiary companies, nor their affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. The materials in this site and the third-party sites are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, TAPEG/NMD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by TAPEG/NMD, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the website and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the website, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.
Other
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
User Name and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your membership, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify TAPEG/NMD of any unauthorized use of your user name or password. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including impersonating an employee or consultant toTAPEG/NMD. You further agree not to use an inappropriate user name of any kind.
Surrender of Simultaneous Access Card ID and/or Security Login Utility
As a client or permitted user, your Simultaneous Access Card ID and/or security Login Utility and/or password obtained from TAPEG/NMD will be revoked upon breech or termination of this agreement and shall be surrendered upon our request.
